Can someone get an appetizer and beverage in a lounge for a quick bite, or is there only dining room service? What are the hours for the lunch menu and/or the dinner menu?

You can eat an appetizer at the bar or dinning room. Lunch is from 1130 till 230

When does the lunch menu change to dinner?

Not sure. Generally many restaurants finish lunch by 4pm. Offer light stuff between 4 to 6pm and thereafter dinner.

Do they have oyster Rockefeller on they menu?

Pretty sure they did. I'm a raw guy so I got the raw.
